    How it works

    1. 1

      You send us the need

Origin, destination, days of the week, approximate timetables and passenger numbers.

    2. 2

We analyse routes, timetables, passengers and frequency

We check operational viability and which vehicle fits each leg.

    3. 3

      You receive a written proposal

Clear terms, no obligation and an assigned point of contact.

    4. 4

      We confirm, operate and invoice

Written confirmation of each service, operation with an assigned driver and agreed invoicing.

    Recurring services and stable contracts

Beyond one-off services, we run daily, weekly and monthly routes for organisations that need the same transport all year round.

    Year-round revenue

Recurring services that do not depend on the season

Crews, staff shifts, clinics, schools, clubs and accommodation: operations that repeat every week, in winter too. No public price; a tailored written proposal.

    Start with what you need

    What we solve exactly

    Daily employee route

Staff arrive late or depend on private cars because public transport does not cover the start time or the work site.

Fixed route with agreed stops, a locked departure time and the same vehicle assigned to the service for the duration of the agreement. If a vehicle or driver incident occurs, we activate a replacement vehicle or a professional partner and notify the company contact.

    • Pick-up points and the exact work-site address.
    • Real start and finish times.
    • Weekdays and public holidays to be covered.
    • Approximate number of people per journey.

    Accommodation-to-workplace shuttle

Staff temporarily housed in another municipality: the same group must be moved daily between accommodation and work site, with times that shift with the project.

Closed shuttle between two addresses, with an optional second return run when the group finishes at different times. Timetable changes are confirmed in writing before they apply.

    • Accommodation and work-site addresses.
    • Start date and expected end date.
    • Outbound time and the different return times.

    Recurring services for hotels

Reception improvises guest or staff transfers at short notice with no fixed provider to call, and every request starts from scratch.

Direct coordination with reception or the responsible department: a single channel, a reference per service and a roadmap sheet for every movement. Repeat services are scheduled by calendar and one-off requests are confirmed individually.

    • Type of movement: guests, staff or both.
    • Estimated volume per week or per month.
    • Contact person at the property.

    Transport for educational activities

Field trips are planned months ahead but the real group changes until the last day, and it must be split across several vehicles with different return times.

A quote per activity with the number of vehicles required, confirmation of the final group before departure and a staggered return if part of the group finishes earlier. Private service: the vehicle carries only your group.

    • Date, departure time and expected return time.
    • Origin centre and activity destination.
    • Students and accompanying adults.
    • Equipment or luggage travelling with the group.

Transport for day centres and associations

The group needs time to board and alight, stops must be at the door and the programme repeats weekly with the same people.

Calendar-based route with stops that are easy to reach on foot, boarding and alighting time built into the plan, and drivers used to matching the group’s pace. If the service needs a secured wheelchair, we verify real availability of an adapted vehicle before committing.

    • Programme calendar and session times.
    • Pick-up points and number of users.
    • Specific accessibility requirements.

    Congress and convention transport

Attendees arrive on scattered flights, stay in different hotels and the programme shifts on the fly: without coordination you get airport waits and empty runs.

Arrivals are grouped into time slots, hotel–venue shuttles run during the programme’s peak hours and departures are staggered on the last day. During the event a single contact stays reachable to reshape the plan.

    • Arrival and departure list with flight times.
    • Hotels, venue and dinner or activity locations.
    • Total attendees and programme days.

Reinforcement and cover for other operators

An agency, production company or transport operator hits a demand peak or a breakdown and needs extra minibuses without losing the service promised to their client.

Operator-to-operator work: you pass us the service with its conditions, we confirm real availability and run it with our own vehicles and drivers. Business-to-business invoicing and a single contact for the whole operation.

    • Dates, times and route of the service.
    • Passengers and vehicles required.
    • Business-to-business invoicing conditions.

    Seasonal temporary contracts

The need does not last all year: it only exists during high season, a school term or the months of a specific project.

An agreement with a start and end date, reviewable if volume changes. When the period ends the agreement closes with no lock-in and can be reactivated next season with the same setup.

    • Exact period: start month and end month.
    • Weekly frequency during the period.
    • Expected variations in occupancy.

Where we operate for companies and institutions

We work across the island, with more volume in the areas that concentrate work sites, hotels and event venues.

    • Palma

Corporate offices, event venues and connections with the rest of the island.

    • Son Castelló y Can Valero

Industrial estates with early shifts and staff spread over several municipalities.

    • Aeropuerto de Palma

Slot-based arrivals and departures for events and posted staff.

    • Calvià

High hotel density with seasonal staff housed outside the municipality.

    • Inca y el Raiguer

Connections between the interior, Palma and the northern hotel areas.

    • Mallorca Norte

Alcúdia, Muro, Sa Pobla and Pollença: recurring services strongly shaped by the season.

    Why work with Gamobus

Local company with its own fleet

Gamobus SL (VAT B13664610) operates from Mallorca with its own minibuses and professional drivers. When group volume requires it, additional solutions are coordinated with trusted professional partners.

    Private service, not shared

Each vehicle carries only your group. We are not a shared shuttle nor a taxi company.

    Everything in writing

Written quote, a reference per service, roadmap sheet and a VAT invoice issued to the organisation.

    A single point of contact

The same person owns the account: timetable changes, incidents and invoicing via info@gamobus.com or WhatsApp.

Gamobus organises private transport for companies and institutions with its own minibuses and, when the size of the group requires it, coordinates additional solutions with trusted professional partners.

Why we do not publish a monthly price

A recurring contract has no single price: two routes with the same number of passengers can cost very differently depending on the itinerary, the timetable and the days. That is why we prepare a written proposal for each operation instead of publishing a rate that would not hold.

    • Origin and destination
    • Service frequency
    • Days of the week
    • Timetables and shifts
    • Number of passengers
    • Length of the agreement
    • Kilometres per service
    • Waiting times
    • Luggage or equipment
    • Special requirements
    • Time of year
    • Number of vehicles

Send us the timetable and the approximate route. We will prepare a tailored proposal with no obligation.

The full corporate transport we cover in Mallorca

    Staff mobility: daily employee routes

Most corporate transport in Mallorca is not a one-off transfer: it is the same people, to the same place, at the same time, many days in a row. The real problem is not the vehicle but sustained punctuality and knowing who answers when something changes.

    Employee shuttle

Pick-up at two or three concentrated points and a single arrival at the workplace, instead of one stop per person. It cuts total journey time and keeps the route sustainable when staff live across several municipalities.

    Hotel and resort staff transport

Seasonal shifts between inland residential towns and coastal properties, with start and end dates and seat adjustments when the team changes. It covers very early starts and late kitchen or front-of-house closes.

Factories, industrial estates and logistics staff

Industrial estates such as Son Castelló, Can Valero, Marratxí or Inca have peaks that do not match public timetables. We build the route around the site’s real start and finish times, not around the bus network.

    Offices and journeys between sites

Internal journeys between offices, warehouses or branches: recurring meetings, audits, training or team relocations. They are planned by calendar and invoiced to the company with VAT.

    Temporary workers and campaign reinforcements

Production peaks, stocktaking, works or season openings usually bring staff hired for a few weeks. We activate the route for specific dates and close it when it ends, without dragging a service nobody uses.

Crew and executives: crew changes and executive transport

Two different operations sharing one requirement: if the vehicle is not there, there is an immediate cost. Both are planned with buffer time and written confirmation of each movement.

    Crew transport

Airline, nautical and charter crews between Palma airport, marinas and hotels. We work with a named list, a fixed meeting point and a waiting time agreed in writing before the service.

    Crew changes

Handovers at port or base: one group arrives and another leaves the same day, often with times that move until the last minute. We coordinate both directions through a single point of contact.

Executive transport and corporate VIP transfers

Directors, boards and head-office visits: name-board pick-up, a clean and discreet vehicle, and one assigned driver for the whole day when several stops are chained.

    Corporate airport transfers

Arrivals and departures via Palma airport (PMI) with flight monitoring and an agreed meeting point. For groups landing on different flights we organise time slots instead of one long wait.

    Corporate events, conferences and incentives

At an event, transport is measured in time slots rather than trips: how many people move, from where and within which window. We work from the event programme, not from isolated bookings.

    Corporate events and company conventions

Conventions, kick-offs and annual meetings with attendees spread over several hotels. We define a movement plan per slot and an operational contact during the event days.

    Conferences and hotel–venue shuttles

Return loops between host hotels and the venue during the congress days, reinforced at opening, midday break and closing. Night returns are staggered to avoid queues.

    Business meetings and commercial visits

Multi-stop agendas in a single day: office, plant, working lunch and back to the airport. The driver stays assigned, so the plan does not have to be explained again at each leg.

    Incentive travel and team programmes

Incentive programmes with activities across the island: Serra de Tramuntana, wineries, coves or gala dinners. Planned in time blocks and each movement confirmed in writing the day before.

    Hotel, resort and beach shuttles

Shuttle services contracted by the property, not by the end guest: published timetable, known capacity and invoicing to the hotel or operator.

    Hotel shuttle

Loops between the property and nearby points of interest, town centre or external car parks, with fixed timetables during the season and reinforcements on peak days.

    Resort and complex shuttle

Complexes with several buildings, spa, golf course or separate restaurants: internal movements and journeys to external services with an agreed frequency per slot.

    Beach shuttle

Connection between accommodation and beach or cove when access is limited or parking fills early. Capacity per run and the last return departure are defined in advance.

    Combined business mobility

Many accounts combine several of these pieces: a staff route on weekdays, a seasonal shuttle and occasional executive transfers. They are handled under the same contact and the same invoicing.

From a single transfer to a year-round contract

    1. 1

      A single transfer

One visit, one flight, one working lunch. Booked and confirmed in writing, with no account needed.

    2. 2

An event or a specific week

Congress, convention or audit: several coordinated movements under one plan and a single invoice.

    3. 3

      A season

Routes with start and end dates: seasonal staff, summer shuttles or programmes with a closed calendar.

    4. 4

      All year round

Recurring service with an agreed calendar, an assigned contact, an internal reference per service and periodic company invoicing.

Transport by sector: what each type of organisation needs

Every sector has a different problem: shifts, guest lists, tee times, crew changes or administrative files. Here is the detail for each one, with the questions we are asked before contracting.

    Hospitality, resorts and golf

Accommodation in Mallorca moves two different flows: guests arriving or leaving, and staff coming in and out on shifts. Both fail for the same reason: shifting timetables and no single point of contact.

    Hotels

    Searches it answers

“transport for hotels in Mallorca” / “airport transfers for hotel guests”

We work with reception and with management: guest transfers to and from Palma airport, early-morning departures, movements between hotels of the same group and staff transport at shift changes. The hotel sends the daily service list and each journey keeps its own reference so the invoice can be reconciled later.

    • Early-morning departures and late flights
    • Daily list by email or WhatsApp, no one-by-one booking
    • Invoice to the hotel with VAT and tax number

    Sector FAQs

Can you cover transfers that reception confirms on the same day?
Yes, always subject to vehicle and driver availability in that time slot. When the hotel warns us of expected peaks (weekend arrivals, group changeovers), last-minute cover is far more reliable.
How is it invoiced if the guest pays at reception?
We can invoice the hotel for all services in the period, or issue the service directly to the end guest. For stable accounts the usual choice is a monthly invoice to the hotel itemising each journey.

    Resorts

    Searches it answers

“resort shuttle Mallorca” / “resort shuttle to beach and town centre”

A large resort generates internal movements that do not fit a single transfer: shuttle to the town centre, runs to the beach or marina, transfers for guests with reduced mobility and staff transport from nearby municipalities. It is planned as a scheduled service, not as isolated bookings.

    • Fixed seasonal timetable, reviewed monthly
    • Several coordinated vehicles for groups over 16 pax
    • One single contact for the whole complex

    Sector FAQs

Can the shuttle run only in high season?
Yes. Many resorts contract the service from May to October and reduce or suspend it off season. The calendar is agreed in writing before starting and can be adjusted with notice.
What happens if the shuttle fills up on a given day?
A second run or a back-up vehicle is planned subject to availability. That is why we ask for occupancy history when preparing the proposal: it lets us size the service before the problem appears.

    Aparthotels

    Searches it answers

“aparthotel transport Mallorca” / “transfers without 24h reception”

Aparthotels have less reception staff and more out-of-hours arrivals. The practical fix is for the property to send us the week’s check-ins and check-outs, with the guest receiving confirmation and the assigned driver, without depending on someone being at the desk at 5am.

    • Weekly planning of check-ins and check-outs
    • Direct confirmation to the guest with service details
    • Notice to the property if a flight is delayed

    Sector FAQs

Do you track flights if the guest arrives late?
Yes: with the flight number we check the actual arrival before departing. Airport waiting is included within the usual service margin and, if the delay is longer, we reorganise the driver instead of cancelling.
Can we refer our guests without managing anything?
Yes. Some aparthotels simply share the booking channel with the guest and stay out of it; others prefer to centralise and invoice it themselves. Both models work and are agreed at the start.

    Golf courses

    Searches it answers

“golf transport Mallorca” / “hotel to golf course transfer with clubs”

Golf transport almost always fails because of luggage: four players with bags do not fit in a standard car. We plan the vehicle counting bags as well as people, with departures tied to the tee time and pick-up when the round ends.

    • Capacity calculated with golf bags, not just seats
    • Multi-course circuits on consecutive days
    • Coordination with the hotel or tournament organiser

    Sector FAQs

How many players with bags fit per vehicle?
It depends on the assigned model and the number of bags. That is why we always ask for players and bags separately: with those two figures we pick the right vehicle and avoid leaving anyone behind at the course.
Can you organise a tournament with several groups at once?
Yes, by coordinating several vehicles with staggered departures according to tee times. We work from a list per group and one pick-up time per block so nobody misses their start.

    Industry, construction and logistics

Here transport is not an extra: if people do not arrive, the line or the site does not start. These are repeated routes, on shift timetables, with very low tolerance for delay.

    Industrial companies

    Searches it answers

“worker transport to industrial estate Mallorca” / “company shift route”

Fixed route to industrial estates and plants (Marratxí, Can Valero, Son Castelló, Inca, Manacor) with two or three grouped pick-up points instead of one stop per person. The timetable is tied to shift start and end, not the other way round, and every change is recorded in writing so HR keeps traceability.

    • Morning, afternoon and night shifts with an assigned driver
    • Grouped pick-up points to shorten the journey
    • Monthly report of services operated to reconcile the invoice

    Sector FAQs

What if the workforce or shift changes mid-month?
The route is reviewed with the manager: stops, times or seats are adjusted. Variations are reflected in the monthly report, so the invoice matches what was actually operated.
Do you cover night shifts and public holidays?
Yes, they are planned as part of the annual service calendar. Public holidays and production shutdowns are marked up front so days without activity are not invoiced.

    Construction companies

    Searches it answers

“transport of workers to construction site Mallorca” / “move a crew without cars”

Sites move: Palma today, Alcúdia in two months. The service is planned in phases, with a fixed origin (depot, base or meeting point) and a variable destination depending on the active site, including subcontracted crews when the site manager authorises it.

    • Variable destination across project phases
    • Early pick-up compatible with the start of the working day
    • One contact for both the site manager and administration

    Sector FAQs

Can you change the destination when this site finishes?
Yes, that is the normal situation. A reasonable notice period is agreed to reorganise the route, and the new journey is recalculated because distance and time change.
Can tools or materials travel with the crew?
Hand luggage and light tools yes, counted when sizing the vehicle. We do not carry freight or heavy materials: this is a passenger service.

    Logistics centres

    Searches it answers

“logistics centre transport Mallorca” / “warehouse route with no public transport”

Warehouses are usually where the bus does not reach, with start times when there is no service. That limits hiring: people who want the job but cannot get there. A stable route with two pick-ups solves access and reduces transport-related absenteeism.

    • Access to warehouses outside the public transport network
    • Extra capacity in peak campaigns (summer, order peaks)
    • Scalable route if the workforce grows

    Sector FAQs

Can we start with a trial route?
Yes. The usual approach is a few trial weeks on a specific timetable, adjusting stops and times with real data before fixing the service.
What if we need double the seats during peak campaigns?
A second vehicle is added, coordinated with the first and subject to availability. The earlier the peak is flagged, the easier it is to reserve capacity.

    Events, congresses and production

An event is not lost over the price of transport, it is lost over a late arrival in front of 200 people. What is contracted here is foresight: lists, timetables and someone who answers on the day.

    Event companies

    Searches it answers

“event transport Mallorca” / “minibuses for event guests”

We work as the agency’s transport supplier: staggered hotel pick-ups, transfer to the venue, block returns at the end and one operational contact on event day. The agency keeps the client relationship; we only deliver the transport.

    • Staggered hotel pick-ups and block returns
    • Operational contact during the event
    • Written proposal you can present to the end client

    Sector FAQs

Can you quote before the client confirms?
Yes, we prepare a written proposal with the planned operation so the agency can include it in its budget. Vehicles are actually reserved on confirmation, subject to availability on that date.
How is a same-day timetable change handled?
Through the assigned operational contact, who speaks directly with the drivers. Changes affecting distance or extra hours are reflected later in the invoice, always flagged in advance.

    Congresses

    Searches it answers

“congress shuttle Palma” / “transport for speakers and delegates”

A congress has three different transports: arrivals spread over hours, a hotel–venue shuttle in specific time bands, and individual speaker transfers with their own agenda. They are planned separately because they fail for different reasons.

    • Hotel–venue shuttle in arrival and departure bands
    • Individual transfers for speakers and committee
    • Block lists instead of isolated bookings

    Sector FAQs

Can you cover arrivals spread across the whole day?
Yes, by grouping into time bands instead of assigning one vehicle per person. With the flight list we group delegates and cut the number of journeys without leaving anyone waiting too long.
What do you need to prepare a congress proposal?
Dates, venue, hotels involved, approximate number of delegates and session time bands. With that we size the number of vehicles and the runs required.

    Audiovisual production companies

    Searches it answers

“film shoot transport Mallorca” / “production minibus with equipment”

A production changes plan every day: new location, overrunning schedule, people joining and leaving the project. We work from the call sheet: production sends the day plan and the vehicle is assigned to that day, not to a single journey.

    • Full-day availability across multiple locations
    • Space for light kit alongside crew
    • Daily confirmation via call sheet

    Sector FAQs

Can a vehicle be booked for a full day?
Yes, that is the usual arrangement on shoots: vehicle and driver at disposal for the day, covering the locations production sets. If the day runs longer than planned, it is adjusted in the invoice.
Do you carry camera or lighting gear?
Light kit travelling with the crew, counted when choosing the vehicle. Grip and equipment trucks are contracted separately: ours is a passenger service.

    Film crews

    Searches it answers

“crew transport for shoots Mallorca” / “move the crew to location”

The crew moves as a block at awkward hours: departure before dawn for first light, return after wrap. The key is a fixed meeting point (base camp or hotel) and drivers who already know the access to Serra de Tramuntana locations and coves.

    • Pre-dawn departures and post-wrap returns
    • Access to mountain and coastal locations
    • One vehicle per crew block to keep the team together

    Sector FAQs

Can you pick up at 4am?
Yes, with the day planned in advance. Night and pre-dawn departures require assigning a driver ahead of time, so the earlier the call sheet is closed, the better.
Can the same driver stay for the whole shoot?
We always aim for this on multi-day shoots, because the driver learns access routes and crew routines. It cannot be guaranteed 100% due to mandatory rest periods, but it is planned as a priority.

    Health, care homes and education

These are services where the passenger is the sensitive part: older people, patients, minors. What is required is not speed but the same driver, punctuality and documentary traceability.

    Care homes

    Searches it answers

“care home transport Mallorca” / “take residents to an outing or appointment”

Two clear uses: scheduled outings from the centre (excursion, activity, mass, beach) and transfers to medical appointments. In both, boarding and alighting time matters — usually longer — and the driver should be someone the centre’s team knows.

    • Generous, unhurried boarding times
    • Centre staff travelling with the group
    • Monthly outing calendar agreed in writing

    Sector FAQs

Can you transport people with reduced mobility?
We serve passengers who can board with support, assisted by the centre’s escort and without rushing. Services requiring an adapted vehicle with ramp or anchored wheelchair are reviewed case by case before confirming.
Can a fixed monthly outing be contracted?
Yes, it is one of the most common formats for care homes: a fixed day each month, the same vehicle and a known timetable. The annual calendar is set at the start and adjusted for public holidays.

    Hospitals

    Searches it answers

“healthcare staff transport Mallorca” / “hospital shift-change route”

The hospital problem is the shift change: entries and exits at hours public transport does not cover, with staff living outside Palma. We work with a fixed route per shift and a staff list kept updated by the relevant department.

    • Routes tied to shift start and end
    • Night and weekend coverage
    • One-off transfers for professionals and speakers

    Sector FAQs

Do you provide medical patient transport?
No. We are not medical transport or an ambulance service: we provide private passenger transport with a driver. We cover staff, accompanying relatives and non-clinical journeys.
How do you control who boards the vehicle?
With the staff list authorised by the centre, updated whenever the team changes. The driver works from that list and each service is logged with an internal reference.

    Clinics

    Searches it answers

“private clinic transport Mallorca” / “hotel to clinic transfer for international patients”

Private clinics move international patients between airport, hotel and consultation, often with a companion and across several visits in the same week. The patient should not have to organise anything: the clinic sends the appointments and transport fits around them.

    • Series of appointments in one week at fixed times
    • Discreet driver with waiting at the clinic
    • Coordination with the patient’s hotel or accommodation

    Sector FAQs

Can the driver wait during the consultation?
Yes, the service can include waiting for short visits, or a pick-up can be scheduled at an estimated time for long ones. Waiting is agreed in advance because it affects the quote.
Do drivers speak English or German?
Administrative support is provided in Spanish, English and German. For the driver’s language, please state it in the request: we try to assign accordingly, subject to availability, without guaranteeing it in advance.

    Universities

    Searches it answers

“university transport Mallorca” / “field trip bus for students”

Field trips, off-campus practicals, transfers for visiting faculty and academic congress movements. The contact is usually a department with its own budget, so the proposal must be written and valid to justify the expense.

    • Field trips and practicals with groups per vehicle
    • Written proposal valid for expense justification
    • Invoicing to the department or institution

    Sector FAQs

Can you move a group of 40 students?
Yes, by coordinating several vehicles: each vehicle takes up to 16 passengers, so a large group is split across units departing and arriving together.
Do you invoice the university directly?
Yes, using the institution’s tax details and the department’s internal reference if you need it to process payment.

    Private schools

    Searches it answers

“private school transport Mallorca” / “bus for a school excursion”

We cover outings and activities: excursions, cultural visits, sports travel and transfers to external facilities. The school sets the day’s timetable and always travels with its own teaching staff responsible for the group.

    • Excursions and activities on the school’s fixed timetable
    • Accompanying teachers always in charge of the group
    • Academic-year calendar planned by term

    Sector FAQs

Do you run a daily door-to-door school route?
Our usual fit is outings, activities and school movements, always with accompanying teachers. Regulated daily school routes have their own requirements and are reviewed case by case before committing.
Can the whole school year be booked at once?
Yes, by setting the calendar of planned outings per term. Dates are confirmed with reasonable notice and can be adjusted if the school’s programme changes.

    Summer schools and camps

    Searches it answers

“summer camp transport Mallorca” / “bus for beach and activity days”

A summer camp repeats the same pattern for six or eight weeks: pool, beach, sports centre, museum. It is planned as a closed July–August calendar, with the same vehicle and known times, instead of booking each outing separately.

    • Closed July and August calendar
    • Same vehicle and same times every week
    • Programme monitors always responsible for minors

    Sector FAQs

Can we book only specific weeks?
Yes, it can be booked by weeks or blocks of days. July and August are the busiest weeks in Mallorca, so closing the calendar early greatly improves availability.
Who is responsible for minors during the journey?
Always the programme staff travelling with the group. The driver handles driving and safe boarding, not the custody of minors.

    Sport and public institutions

Clubs and institutions share two demands: meeting a calendar that does not move, and leaving proper documentation of the service delivered.

    Sports clubs

    Searches it answers

“sports club transport Mallorca” / “team bus for away matches”

Weekend travel to grounds across the island, with a competition calendar known weeks in advance. It is planned by season: same team, same departure times, adjusted when the federation moves a fixture.

    • Competition calendar planned per season
    • Space for kit and sports equipment
    • Rescheduling when the federation moves a fixture

    Sector FAQs

What if the match is postponed at short notice?
The service is rescheduled to the new date subject to availability. Change and cancellation terms are set in writing at the start of the season, precisely because postponements are common.
Does the team’s equipment fit in the vehicle?
It depends on volume: personal bags yes, bulky equipment must be counted when choosing the vehicle. Stating items and sizes in the request avoids surprises on travel day.

    Professional teams

    Searches it answers

“professional team transport Mallorca” / “squad transfers airport, hotel, training”

Training camps and pre-season stages: group arrival at the airport, daily hotel–facility transfers, trips to friendlies and the return. It demands strict punctuality, discretion and a vehicle plan that does not rely on daily improvisation.

    • Camps and stages with a closed daily plan
    • Discretion and a driver assigned to the party
    • Several coordinated vehicles for squad and staff

    Sector FAQs

Can you cover a full week-long training camp?
Yes, with vehicles and drivers assigned to the party for those days and a daily plan agreed before arrival. On-the-fly changes are handled with the team manager.
Can squad and coaching staff travel in separate vehicles?
Yes, that is usual when timetables differ: staff often arrive at the facility earlier. It is planned with two vehicles and different departure times.

    Federations

    Searches it answers

“sports federation transport Mallorca” / “competition transfer logistics”

A federated competition moves teams, referees and organisers at once, often from several accommodations to several venues. The value lies in a single transfer grid and one contact centralising the weekend’s movements.

    • Single transfer grid for the whole event
    • Transfers for referees and organisers, not only teams
    • Per-service documentation to justify grants or spend

    Sector FAQs

Can you coordinate several venues on the same day?
Yes, by planning the grid in time blocks and assigning vehicles per venue. The earlier the competition calendar is closed, the better the vehicle fit.
Do you provide documentation to justify the spend?
Yes: an invoice with tax details and an itemised service list, plus a roadmap sheet per journey. This is the material federations usually need to justify grants.

    Town councils

    Searches it answers

“town council transport Mallorca” / “minor contract for municipal activity transport”

Municipal activities that need transport: senior programmes, sports schools, cultural events, delegations and twinning visits. We work with the documentation public procurement requires, including the minor-contract route when the amount fits.

    • Written offer with breakdown for the file
    • Recurring programmes throughout the year
    • Invoicing in line with the entity’s requirements

    Sector FAQs

Can you submit an offer for a minor contract?
Yes. We prepare the written offer with the breakdown required by the specification or the department’s request. Please state your internal submission deadline and required format.
Do you work with electronic invoicing?
Yes, we issue invoices with the entity’s tax details and the administrative codes (managing body, processing unit, accounting office) you provide.

    Public institutions

    Searches it answers

“public institution transport Mallorca” / “official delegation transfers”

Councils, consortia, foundations and bodies with ongoing activity: official visits, technical conferences, social programmes and delegation transfers. What matters is punctuality at events with a public agenda and traceability of every service.

    • Events with public agendas and immovable timings
    • Per-service traceability with internal reference
    • Recurring social programmes across the year

    Sector FAQs

Can you serve a programme running for several months?
Yes, it is planned as a recurring service with an agreed calendar and timetable, plus periodic reviews to adjust routes if participation changes.
What documentation comes with each service?
Each journey carries a roadmap sheet identifying the service, and the invoice itemises the period’s services for reconciliation.

Maritime, inbound travel trade and weddings

Here the end customer is not the buyer: shipping lines, DMCs and wedding planners answer to a third party. What they buy is reliability and responsiveness, not the cheapest journey.

    Shipping companies

    Searches it answers

“crew transport Palma” / “crew change Palma port to airport”

Crew changes do not follow office hours: they depend on the actual berthing time and on flights that shift. We work with late confirmation and night pick-ups between the port of Palma, shipyards, marinas and the airport.

    • Night and early-morning pick-ups at the port
    • Late confirmation when berthing time changes
    • Crew luggage counted when assigning the vehicle

    Sector FAQs

Can you wait if the ship berths late?
Yes, within the usual waiting margin and keeping the shipping contact informed. If the delay shifts the service by several hours, the driver is reorganised so the crew is never left without transport.
Do you work with ship agents?
Yes, that is the usual channel: the agent sends the service order and invoicing is issued to them with the vessel reference for their internal control.

    Cruise lines

    Searches it answers

“cruise passenger transport Palma” / “private shore excursion Mallorca”

A port call is a closed window: if the passenger is not back on board on time, the problem is serious. We plan with a margin over the final boarding time, with private departures from the quay to Valldemossa, Sóller, central Palma or Alcúdia, always returning early.

    • Return planned with a margin over the all-aboard time
    • Quayside pick-up with a defined meeting point
    • Groups of 1–16 pax per vehicle, several coordinated

    Sector FAQs

How much margin do you leave before boarding?
The return is planned clearly ahead of the all-aboard time stated by the line, allowing for port access traffic. It is better to wait at the quay than to arrive just in time.
Can it be booked for several groups from the same ship?
Yes, coordinating vehicles with different destinations and staggered return times to the quay, always within the port-call window.

    Inbound agencies / DMC

    Searches it answers

“transfer supplier for inbound agency Mallorca” / “DMC ground transport Mallorca”

We act as the agency’s ground supplier: arrival and departure transfers, multi-day programmes and private excursions with the DMC’s brand up front. The agency keeps contact with its client; we supply vehicles, drivers and traceability for every service.

    • Supplier rates and grouped invoicing per period
    • Seasonal volume planned in advance
    • The agency’s brand always in front

    Sector FAQs

Do you work with supplier rates for agencies?
Yes, with terms agreed per season according to volume and service type. They are set in writing before starting and reviewed at season end.
Can you absorb weekend arrival peaks?
It is planned from the arrivals calendar in advance: with peak weeks identified, capacity is reserved. Without forecasting, availability on an August Saturday is limited.

    Wedding planners

    Searches it answers

“wedding guest transport Mallorca” / “wedding shuttle finca to hotel”

The trickiest part of a finca wedding is the end: 60 guests leaving at different times down a narrow lane. We plan a grouped outbound from hotels and block returns with a defined last departure, including access to fincas in Serra de Tramuntana and Es Pla.

    • Block returns with an agreed last departure
    • Narrow finca accesses checked before the day
    • Operational contact during the celebration

    Sector FAQs

Can you run several returns at the end of the party?
Yes, and it is recommended: an intermediate departure for early leavers and one defined final departure. Fixing that last time in writing avoids arguments at three in the morning.
Do you reach fincas with difficult access?
Access is checked before confirming: on very narrow lanes we use a smaller vehicle or define a nearby transfer point agreed with the venue.

Corporate transport in Mallorca: daily operations, shifts and multi-day

Most companies that write to us are not looking for a single transfer, but for an operation that repeats: the same route every morning, a shift change at 23:00, a conference week or the staff of a hotel living far from the workplace. These blocks explain how each case is organised in Mallorca and what we need to prepare a written proposal.

What we prioritise in a business operation

    Recurring routes

The same route with the same pick-up points, repeated for weeks or months, with an assigned driver and fixed timetables.

    Daily services

Outbound and return every working day, with margin for traffic incidents in Palma, the Ma-19 and industrial estate access.

    Shifts

Early morning or night start and end times, when public transport does not cover them and staff cannot rely on their own car.

    Multi-day

Two to seven day programmes with an assigned driver: closed agenda, same vehicles and a single point of coordination.

    Hotels

Kitchen, housekeeping and reception staff between municipalities, plus guest shuttles when the season peaks.

    Congresses

Staggered arrivals, parallel sessions and closing dinners: transport is planned in time slots, not as isolated trips.

    Teams

Work groups, sports teams and crews that travel together and with bulky equipment.

    Institutions

Councils, centres and entities that need documentation, traceability and orderly invoicing for each service.

Corporate transport in Mallorca for companies with continuous operations

    Searches it answers

corporate transport Mallorca · business transport Mallorca · transporte corporativo Mallorca

A company with continuous operations does not need to quote every trip: it needs to know who drives, when the vehicle leaves and what happens if one day there are 4 people instead of 11. We work with vehicles from 1 to 16 seats and coordinate several when the group is larger, keeping the same contact reference for the whole operation.

    How it is operated

    • Fixed routes between office, industrial estate, airport and management hotels.
    • A single point of contact for additions, removals and timetable changes.
    • Per-service report for internal control and invoicing.

    Frequently asked questions

Can we start with one route and expand later?
Yes. The usual path is to start with the most critical route, check real timetables during the first weeks and expand once the adjustments are made.
What if the number of people changes every day?
The vehicle is sized for the route maximum and we agree how variations are communicated, so nobody is left out and no vehicle runs half empty without reason.

Employee shuttle and staff transport by shifts

    Searches it answers

employee shuttle Mallorca · staff transport Mallorca · transporte de personal Mallorca

Staff transport always breaks at the same point: the shift starting at 6:00 and the one ending late at night. There is no real public alternative there, and staff turnover rises. We design the route around grouped pick-up points, using arrival time at the workplace as the reference, not an approximate departure time.

    How it is operated

    • Pick-up points grouped by municipality so the journey does not stretch.
    • Morning, afternoon, night and weekend shifts with different timetables.
    • Regular driver: staff recognise the vehicle and the stop.

    Frequently asked questions

Do you cover night shifts and public holidays?
Yes, they are planned as part of the service calendar. Holidays and seasonal peaks are agreed before signing so nobody discovers them on the day.
Can a staff shuttle be combined with occasional transfers?
Yes. The daily route and occasional services (airport, visits, training) can sit in the same agreement and be invoiced separately.

    Hotel staff transport between municipalities

    Searches it answers

hotel staff transport Mallorca · transporte personal hotel Mallorca · hotel employee shuttle Mallorca

In high season the hotel problem is not occupancy: kitchen, housekeeping and reception live in different municipalities and timetables do not match public transport. We build routes based on where staff actually live, with departures matched to shift changes and the ability to reinforce during the July and August peaks.

    How it is operated

    • Routes based on real residence areas, not a theoretical layout.
    • Reinforcement at seasonal peaks without renegotiating the whole agreement.
    • Compatible with the hotel’s own guest shuttles.

    Frequently asked questions

Can you serve several hotels of the same group?
Yes, and it is usually more efficient: route sections are shared between nearby hotels and fewer vehicles are needed.
How is the season change managed?
Start and end dates of the season are set and routes are reviewed before opening, when the hotel already knows its hired staff.

Company minibus and corporate driver at your disposal

    Searches it answers

company minibus Mallorca · corporate driver Mallorca · business driver Mallorca · minibus empresa Mallorca

Some operations are not a route but an agenda: supplier visits, a committee arriving at midday, dinner with clients and back to the hotel. In those cases a minibus with a driver at your disposal for the day works better than several isolated transfers, because the vehicle waits and the team does not lose time coordinating pick-ups.

    How it is operated

    • Full day with an assigned driver and the vehicle waiting between stops.
    • Capacity 1–16 seats; larger groups with several coordinated vehicles.
    • Written agenda before the service to avoid improvisation.

    Frequently asked questions

Does the driver wait between meetings?
Yes, that is the difference with a single transfer: the vehicle stays assigned to your team for the agreed period.
Can the agenda change on the same day?
Minor adjustments are handled with the driver; changes that extend the day are confirmed beforehand so they are reflected in the service.

Multi-day corporate transport with an assigned driver

    Searches it answers

multi-day corporate transport Mallorca · transporte varios días empresa Mallorca · corporate transport for several days

Incentives, training, shoots or work weeks on the island are better managed as a two to seven day programme: same vehicle, same driver and a closed agenda per day. The cost is planned upfront and no mid-week extras appear for transfers nobody anticipated.

    How it is operated

    • Day-by-day programme with defined start and end times.
    • Driver continuity throughout the programme.
    • Coordination with the team’s flight arrivals and departures.

    Frequently asked questions

Can only some days of the programme be booked?
Yes. Programmes can mix full days and single days with specific services; it is reflected day by day in the proposal.
What do you need to prepare the proposal?
Dates, number of people, hotels or accommodation areas and approximate times for each day. That is enough to size vehicles and drivers.

Conference transport and corporate event logistics

    Searches it answers

conference transport Mallorca · event logistics Mallorca · transporte congresos Mallorca

A conference does not move with isolated transfers: it moves in time slots. Staggered airport arrivals, rotations between hotels and venue, parallel sessions and a closing dinner that concentrates everyone at the same time. Logistics are planned by time slot and capacity, then adjusted with the final programme.

    How it is operated

    • Planning by time slots and capacity, not isolated trips.
    • Hotel ↔ venue rotations during the programme peak hours.
    • Single point of contact during the event days.

    Frequently asked questions

Do you work with a provisional programme?
Yes. We size it with the provisional programme and confirm with the final one; time slot changes are adjusted before the event.
What if the group is larger than 16 people?
Several vehicles are coordinated with staggered departures and one person responsible for the operation, instead of mixing timetables at a single point.

Recurring shuttles: hotel, beach, airport and port

A shuttle is not a repeated transfer: it is a timetable that holds day after day, with the same pick-up point, the same person on the phone and a clear answer when the flight, the crowd or the shift changes.

    Hotel ↔ beach shuttle

    Searches it answers

"hotel beach shuttle Mallorca", "guest transport hotel to cove"

Inland or second-line hotels that need to move guests to the beach or a specific cove in fixed morning and afternoon rotations. The critical part is the return: guests forgive five minutes outbound, not an hour in the sun waiting to come back.

    • Fixed rotations with a timetable the hotel can publish to guests
    • Stops agreed with reception and accessible for a large vehicle
    • Extra capacity on peak-occupancy days without renegotiating the whole service

    Frequently asked questions

Can you keep the same timetable all season?
Yes, it is planned as a scheduled route with timetables agreed in writing. If you need to bring forward or reinforce a rotation on a specific day, you tell us and we adjust that day without changing the rest of the calendar.
What if more guests return than expected?
The overflow plan is agreed in advance: a second vehicle or a second run from the same point. Each vehicle carries up to 16 passengers, so peaks are covered by coordinating vehicles, never by overloading one.

    Hotel ↔ airport shuttle (PMI)

    Searches it answers

"hotel airport shuttle Mallorca", "airport transfers for hotels"

Check-ins and check-outs concentrated in arrival windows. The hotel needs early-morning departures covered and delayed arrivals not to end up as a 2 a.m. complaint at reception.

    • Flight-number tracking so pick-up follows the real landing time
    • Early departures planned in advance, not improvised
    • Daily transfer list sent to the hotel so reception can cross-check

    Frequently asked questions

How long do you wait if a flight is late?
Pick-up is recalculated on the actual landing time, with 1 h 15 min courtesy waiting at the airport from then. Delays are reported to the hotel so reception knows before the guest asks.
Can you invoice all transfers to the company in one invoice?
Yes. The corporate service is agreed in advance and invoiced grouped by the period we set, itemised so your finance team can reconcile each service.

Hotel ↔ port and cruise terminal shuttle

    Searches it answers

"hotel to port transport Palma", "cruise terminal shuttle Mallorca"

Embarkation and disembarkation with a hard deadline: the ship does not wait. What you contract here is not a vehicle but a safety margin calculated on port access traffic and the specific berthing terminal.

    • Pick-up time calculated backwards from the boarding cut-off
    • Berthing terminal confirmed before the service, not on the day
    • Cruise luggage counted per vehicle before capacity is confirmed

    Frequently asked questions

Do you count luggage when sizing vehicles?
Always. At the port, luggage decides capacity more than seats: 14 people with one large suitcase each do not fit in a single vehicle. That is why we ask for the luggage breakdown before confirming.

Verticals with their own logistics: campus, worksites, trade fairs and healthcare

In some sectors transport is not an accessory but part of the working calendar. If the route fails, it is not a trip that is delayed: it is a class, a shift, a build-up or a medical appointment.

    University and higher-education transport

    Searches it answers

"university transport Mallorca", "student transfers to campus"

Field trips, external placements, academic conferences and transfers between campuses and venues. The calendar is known weeks ahead, but group sizes change until the last moment.

    • Planning by academic calendar, with dates closed per term
    • Final student numbers confirmed with margin before departure
    • Documentation per service to justify spend to the department

    Frequently asked questions

Can you move a large student group at once?
Yes, by coordinating several vehicles departing together. Each vehicle carries up to 16 passengers, so a group of 40 is organised across several vehicles arriving at the same time.

    Sports camps and academies

    Searches it answers

"sports camp transport Mallorca", "academy team transfers"

Cycling, football, triathlon or swimming camps with the same daily routine: accommodation, sports facility and back, plus airport transfers at the start and end of the stage.

    • Fixed daily routine for the whole stage, with a driver familiar with the group
    • Sports equipment declared before assigning the vehicle (bikes, bags, kit)
    • Timings matched to the training plan, including very early starts

    Frequently asked questions

    Do you transport team bikes?
It depends on how many bikes and which vehicle is assigned; declare it when requesting the quote because it changes real passenger capacity. If volume is high, an extra vehicle is planned for equipment.

    Worksite crews and industrial transport

    Searches it answers

"construction crew transport Mallorca", "worker transfers to industrial estate"

Crews starting before dawn, worksites that move every few weeks and industrial estates with no useful public transport at those hours. The service is measured by arriving before the shift starts, every day.

    • Destination change when the site moves, keeping the same base route
    • Grouped pick-up points to avoid multiplying stops and journey time
    • Daily service record for attendance and cost control per site

    Frequently asked questions

Can you start at 6:00 or earlier?
Yes, provided the route is planned in advance as a recurring service. Very early departures are agreed in writing with the exact time for each pick-up point.

Trade fairs, markets and commercial activations

    Searches it answers

"trade fair transport Mallorca", "staff transfers to markets Mallorca"

Build-up, show day and dismantling, each with its own impossible hour. Staff arrive when the venue opens and leave when public transport is gone, and rotating markets change destination by weekday.

    • Weekly calendar with a different destination per day, planned in one go
    • Night return after dismantling, agreed before the event
    • Coordination with the stand manager as single point of contact

    Frequently asked questions

Can you cover a calendar with a different destination each day?
Yes. It is planned as a scheduled route with a weekly grid: same group, same time, variable destination. It is agreed in writing so it does not depend on daily phone calls.

    Non-urgent healthcare and day-centre transport

    Searches it answers

"non-urgent healthcare transport Mallorca", "day centre user transfers"

Scheduled transfers to appointments, rehabilitation, day centres and association activities. This is not emergency transport or medical care: it is planned mobility, punctual and considerate with older people or reduced-mobility users.

    • Pre-scheduled service, never emergencies or medical assistance
    • Accessibility needs reviewed case by case before confirming
    • Same driver where possible for recurring users

    Frequently asked questions

Is this an ambulance or urgent medical transport?
No. Gamobus does not provide medical assistance or emergency services. We only cover scheduled transfers for people who travel unaided or with support from the centre itself.
    Can you handle reduced-mobility needs?
It is reviewed case by case before accepting: what support is needed, whether there is a folding chair and whether the pick-up point is accessible. If we cannot cover it properly, we say so before contracting.

How a recurring service is contracted

Not all agreements are the same. These are the formats we work with in Mallorca and the kind of operation each one fits.

    Daily routes

Same route, same times, Monday to Sunday or following the shift pattern. Itinerary, pick-up points and exact times are fixed, and from then on the service runs without being requested each day.

Fits: Hotel, industrial and construction workforces

    Scheduled routes

Services that repeat on a calendar rather than daily: two afternoons a week, market days, term dates or tournament days. The full grid is planned in one go.

Fits: Schools, clubs, fairs and markets

    Annual contracts

A year-long framework agreement with stable conditions, grouped invoicing and an assigned contact. It includes periodic service reviews to adjust routes when the client’s operation changes.

    Fits: Companies with year-round mobility

    Vehicle logistics coordination

When a service needs several vehicles at once, someone must decide departure order, meeting points and the plan if one is delayed. That coordination runs from a single point of contact, not between individual drivers.

Fits: Congresses, film shoots, incentives and simultaneous arrivals

    Large group management

Above 16 passengers the service stops being a vehicle and becomes an operation: split by lists, staggered arrival times and a responsible person at destination. Planned in advance and in writing.

Fits: Corporate events, schools and full squads

How we work: operational experience in Mallorca

Local operation, not a booking call centre

Gamobus SL operates from Mallorca and coordinates every service on the island. Whoever plans the route knows the industrial-estate access, the roundabout that jams in August and the streets where a 16-seater does not fit. That knowledge cannot be improvised from elsewhere.

Everything recurring is agreed in writing

Routes, times per pick-up point, number of vehicles and the incident plan are documented before starting. A recurring service that depends on daily calls eventually fails; a written one can be audited and corrected.

We say no when we cannot guarantee it

Each vehicle carries up to 16 passengers and luggage reduces that real capacity. If a group, a timetable or an accessibility requirement cannot be covered reliably, we say so before signing, not on the day.

Every service is identified and traceable

Each service is logged with its own internal reference and roadmap, carrying Gamobus SL tax details (B13664610) and the pre-contracted service condition. Finance can reconcile invoices and operations can review what happened on a given day.

    B2B collaboration policy

    B2B collaboration policy

Our B2B rates are designed for long-term partnerships and recurring service volume in Mallorca.

    Open to proposals and volume

Gamobus is always open to discussing rates, special routes, guaranteed volumes and specific commercial proposals. If you have a target price for a route, send it to us. We are happy to consider any reasonable proposal that is sustainable and beneficial for both companies. Our objective is simple: build long-term partnerships and generate business together.

    Responsibility for operational errors

Gamobus accepts responsibility for operational errors directly attributable to our company and will always work to resolve them fairly.

    No disproportionate penalty clauses

However, our rates do not constitute acceptance of disproportionate or punitive penalty clauses. Extraordinary penalties, excessive percentage charges or compensation clearly disproportionate to the value or reasonable loss of the service must be expressly agreed by both parties in advance.

    Incidents handled individually

Incidents will always be handled individually, reasonably and proportionally. Have volume or a target rate? Talk to us. We are open to business.

    Frequently asked questions

What kind of companies and institutions do you transport in Mallorca?

We work with shift-based companies, hotels and chains, education centres, day centres and associations, councils and public bodies, sports clubs, congress organisers and other transport companies that need one-off or recurring support.

How many passengers fit in each vehicle?

From 1 to 12 passengers we can arrange the service directly when the route allows it. From 13 to 16 passengers the service is reviewed manually according to luggage, route and availability. For larger groups we coordinate several vehicles.

Do you offer recurring contracts or only one-off services?

Both. We can operate a single service or a fixed daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal route, with an agreed calendar, a single point of contact and company invoicing.

Why are there no published prices for companies?

The cost of a recurring route depends on timetables, distance, number of stops, frequency and the vehicle required. That is why we prepare a written tailored proposal instead of publishing a rate that would not be accurate.

How long does it take you to answer a proposal request?

We review every request on working days and reply with a written proposal or, if operational information is missing, with the specific questions needed to complete it. We do not commit to a fixed deadline because some operations require checking vehicle availability first.

Do you run employee shuttles all year round?

Yes. We run staff routes both seasonally and all year round, with the same route and timetable planned by calendar. The route is reviewed whenever shifts, seats or pick-up points change.

Do you cover crew changes when timings move?

Yes, as long as the change is sent to the assigned contact. We work with a named list and a fixed meeting point and adjust the time while a vehicle is available; if none is, we say so immediately instead of leaving the service open.

Can you move all attendees of a congress or convention?

It is planned by time slots and number of vehicles, not by isolated trips. Each vehicle carries 1 to 16 passengers; for larger groups we coordinate several vehicles or partner operators, always confirming the committed capacity in writing.

Do you provide executive transport and VIP transfers for directors?

Yes: name-board pick-up at Palma airport or at the office, a discreet vehicle and, when the agenda chains several stops, one assigned driver for the whole day instead of separate bookings.

Can we start with a single service and later move to a contract?

That is the usual path. Many accounts start with one transfer or one event, continue with a season and end with a stable year-round route. No minimum volume is required for the first service.

How is corporate transport invoiced and what documentation do you provide?

We invoice the company with VAT and tax number, with an agreed frequency (per service, fortnightly or monthly). Every service is documented with an internal reference and a roadmap sheet, so the invoice can be reconciled against the journeys actually operated.

Staff transport, shifts and event crews

Recurring routes to get your team to work: hotels, catering, beach clubs, clinics, cleaning, security, build-up and production. Fixed timings, agreed pick-up points and the same vehicle every day.

    • Morning, afternoon and night shifts, including late closings and early starts.

    • Several pick-up points per route (staff hotels, stations, neighbourhoods) in a workable order.

    • Event and festival crews: build-up, show and break-down, with vehicles per time slot.

    • Passengers and their personal luggage only, within vehicle capacity: we do not carry freight.

    Holiday rentals and property management

If you manage villas or holiday apartments, guest transport is part of the check-in. We work with property managers to cover arrivals, departures, changes and in-stay services through a single point of contact.

    • Coordinated check-in and check-out, including late arrivals and delayed flights.

    • Several properties and zones in the same week, tracked as a single account file.

    • In-stay services for your guests: hourly hire, excursions, marina, restaurants and airport return.

    • A single point of contact and terms agreed in writing before operating: nothing improvised.

Transport packages: several services under one plan

When a trip needs more than one transfer, plan it as a whole: arrival, movements during the stay, night out, excursion and return. Send us the plan and we quote it as one package — no invented prices, no surprises.

    • Weekend Package and Wedding Package: airport, accommodation, activities, night out and return.

    • Villa Stay and Corporate Stay: a vehicle available throughout the stay, by the hour or by the day.

    • Sports Team and Festival Staff: staggered arrivals, training, shifts and late-night returns.

    • Multi-Day Mallorca: a 2 to 7-day programme with the same assigned vehicle and driver.

Private mobility for companies: shifts, recurring routes and team movements

Staff routes, hotel shifts, team transfers, client visits and movements between sites. The service is booked by the hour, by the day or on a recurring basis, with the same driver when operations require it and a single point of contact for changes.

The same service, in the format you need

    • A few hours

Dinner, an event, a meeting or shopping with waiting time included.

    • Half day

Two or three nearby stops: a cove, a village and an unhurried lunch.

    • Full day

A long island route with several stops and the driver at your disposal.

    • Several days

A 2 to 7 day programme with different timings each day.

    • Whole stay

The same driver from arrival to departure, with a plan reviewed daily.

    • Recurring service

Fixed staff routes, shifts and coordinated weekly transfers.

Can I keep the same vehicle and driver for several days in a row?

Yes. Multi-day programmes are planned with different timings per day and, whenever operations allow, with the same driver for the whole stay.

Does the hourly service include stops and waiting time?

Yes. During the booked hours the driver stays with your group: intermediate stops, waiting time and itinerary changes are included within that time.

Can you pick up a group at several hotels or different points?

Yes. We work with pick-up lists including time and passenger count, and sequence the route so the last pick-up still arrives on time.

What happens if the plan changes during the day?

The itinerary is flexible: you can add a stop, delay departure or reorder the route directly with the driver, always within the booked time.
