We group flights into time slots to cut waiting and empty runs. You send the arrivals list and we return a plan with times, points and capacity per vehicle.
Congress and corporate transport in Mallorca
We coordinate attendee movements during congresses, conventions and corporate meetings: airport arrivals by time slot, shuttles between hotels and the venue, transfers to gala dinners and staggered departures on the last day. One person owns the operation and stays reachable during the event.
Hotel–venue shuttles
Repeated loops during the programme’s peak hours, at an agreed frequency and adjusted on the fly if the schedule slips.
Dinners, activities and VIP
Transfers to gala dinners, team activities or visits, plus vehicles assigned to speakers or executives on their own schedule.

Private services for groups of 1 to 16 passengers per vehicle, subject to availability and fleet configuration. For larger groups we coordinate several vehicles or partner operators.
For events with hundreds of attendees we work in slots with several vehicles and, when needed, with partner operators. We do not own large coaches.
Frequently asked questions
- When should the flight list be sent?
- As early as possible to block vehicles, even though the final list is usually closed in the days before. We work with versions and confirm the last one before the event.
- Is there a contact during the event?
- Yes. One person coordinates the operation and is reachable during the programme’s active slots.
