That is why we ask for two numbers together: how many riders travel and how many bikes travel with them, with the packing method and the case measurements for each one.
Declare the exact bike count, how each one is packed and the approximate case measurements in the booking form. With those details the capacity and the conditions of carriage are confirmed for your service. If bikes appear at the terminal that were never declared, the assigned vehicle may not be able to load them, and that is the one failure mode we cannot solve at the kerb.

Typical cycling bases and what the drive means
Most cycling groups flying into PMI base themselves on the north coast — Alcúdia, Playa de Muro, Port de Pollença and Can Picafort — because the Tramuntana climbs and the flat Pla loops both start from there. Those transfers are long enough that loading matters: bikes have to be stacked once, properly, rather than rearranged at every stop.
If the group splits across two hotels or apartments, list every drop-off address when booking. Multi-stop drop-offs change the vehicle choice and the route order.
Return leg: build it into the same booking
The return to the airport is where cycling groups run late, because boxes get repacked on the last morning. Book the return at the same time as the arrival so the same load plan is applied, and give the flight number so the pick-up time is set against the real departure, not a guess.

- What happens with a group of 15 or 16 riders?
- From 15 passengers the booking stops being an instant checkout and becomes a written quote, so that capacity, luggage, vehicle availability and the type of service are validated before anything is confirmed.
- Do the bikes travel in the same vehicle?
- Bikes travel as declared luggage once we have confirmed that they fit the assigned vehicle. Fragile components you prefer not to hand over — wheels, power meters, computers — are best carried with you in the cabin.
